The food with the most votes was Seaweed (nori)! In honor of that choice, we have a recipe here for you to try with seaweed! What do you think?
You will need:
2 tablespoons red wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 cup dried lotus root, rehydrated
1 big sheet of nori, torn into 1cm square pieces
1 cup fresh baby kale leaves
cut up chicken or beef jerky (optional)
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients for the salad dressing and set aside.
2. Mix the next 4 ingredients in a salad bowl.
3. Sprinkle the chicken or beef jerky over the top of the salad.
4. Sprinkle salad dressing over the top of the salad.
5. Serve and enjoy!
