You Could Win, Too
iTwixie Word of the Week

Congratulations @skyhigh02! You are this week’s winner of the iTwixie Word of the Week Challenge! Great sentence, @skyhigh02, by the way, for last week’s word, languid. Here it is: After I had my surgery, I felt very languid.

And please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers as you recover from your pacemaker surgery, @skyhigh02!

Ok, girls, here’s this week’s iTwixie Word of the Week: obscure. Obscure means difficult to understand or partially hidden.

How iTwixie’s Word of the Week Challenge Works
Every Wednesday, check iTwixie at 9 am Eastern Time to see who won last week’s challenge, and get the new word for this week. Then just write a sentence in the comments section below. All week long, we’ll collect your sentences and we’ll use a random drawing to select a winner by the following Wednesday morning, at 9am. The winner will get a cool prize! It’s that easy!

iTwixie’s Word of the Week gets you using words that you’ll need to know on placement tests for college! See? iTwixie is helping girls like you
get ready for college!!

Let’s all join in to congratulate @skyhigh02! Way to go girlie! You are so smart! We all hope you feel better soon!!!

  1. At first, this word of the week seemed obscure, but then I read the description.

  2. Being obscure with your words only wastes time; people will guess as to the truth and it will only end up with a problem for you.

  3. I never thought I would find my cell phone in such an obscure place.

  4. If you are obscure on something, ask, because learning never stop until you stop asking.
