Be the Change November
Girls in iTwixie Sweatshirts

Welcome to Be the Change November on iTwixie!

All November long, we’re going to stop thinking about ways to change the world, and start DOING things to change the world. How? It’s easy!

WE WILL BE THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE!

So, yes, we cannot be the first female president this month. And yes, it’s true, we cannot be in other parts of the world. We have to be who we are, where we are, and play the role in our own life. That is all true.

But get this: we can choose to be the way we want others to be. We can treat each other the way we want to be treated. We can choose to life our heads high and speak the truth, with kindness and a vision of how we can all work together to make our world better.

We don’t have to wait for anyone to do any of this for us. We can be the change we want to see, right now.

How can YOU be the change this November? Tell us right here!

Then, on November 30, we’ll announce the winner of the Be the Change November Girl of the Month! Maybe it will be YOU! The winner will get:
- an official Day of the Girl 2014 t-shirt, signed by iTwixie’s founder, Rebecca
- a special feature on the Home Page of iTwixie in December, with an interview and picture, and
- to choose the theme for December

Have fun, girls, and watch how you can change your world by Being the Change you want to see this November!

  1. When will they announce the winner?

  2. I am going to try to lower the amount of bullying at my school by telling kids to stop when I see it. I have been bullied, and it is not fun. If bullying could stop, it would be a dream come true.

  3. That is a great idea !!! I will spread the word into my school which is in the North of England

    XXX Your BFF, Sophie

  4. I have always wanted to change our world to a beautiful and kind one by starting a big worldwide foundation called Girls Can Change The World. It would be a club where we can start by spreading the word though friends, then schools, then over the world. It would be all about girls being able to join in to raise money to donate to charities for those children who are born with disabilities and illnesses like cancer. Us as members of the Girls Can Change The World foundation, we would vow and pledge to NEVER keep any money to ourselves and donate it. One hundred percent of the money would be sent to charities in order to change the way others see the world and do something that would seem small but make a huge difference.
