Here is a recipe for a drink low in sugar and high in anthocyanins, fiber, and immunity-boosting vitamin C. Agave nectar is a low-glycemic natural sweetener.
You will need:
- 1/4 cup pitted black cherries
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 8 ounces seltzer
Combine black cherries and agave in a glass; crush a little. Add seltzer and stir gently. Add ice.
