1. Eat foods that are loaded with calcium, like milk, cheese, and yogurt. Even oatmeal, beans, oranges, almonds and broccoli are high in calcium.

2. Vitamin D, which we get from being outside in the sunlight for just 15 minutes a day, helps our bodies hold on to all the calcium we’re getting!

3. It’s also important to exercise.  Being active outside and playing sports can help strenthen and build bone mass, too. It’s incredible, but researchers are finding the stronger our muscles the stronger our bones!

So, let’s eat lots of calcium, get good exercise, so we can feel strong our whole life!
