1) Grooving! Before you start practice, take 30 easy shots. This will put you “in the groove!” You will do so much better in practice because of this!!
2) Charting your shots from practice. Take notes on when you make your shots… soon you’ll figure out that most of the time you can make a shot from the right or left, and so forth. Plus, after a few practices, you’ll get to see how you are improving.
3) Practice, practice, practice! Everyone gets better with practice. Middle school students should be taking 300 shots a day. Go get shooting!
