Make Chocolate Quesadillas by Hawkstar
April 4, 2011

Chocolate quesadillas!

You will need:

  • 1 Large flour tortilla
  • 1 Bag of chocolate chips
  • White sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Large Fry griddle

Grab ur BFF and a parent:

Step 1: Turn burner with griddle on it to around 5 on the dial. Wait for 3-4 min. for the griddle to get hot.

Step 2: Place tortilla on the griddle, flat, and wait for it to start turning golden. (Turn over with large brass spatula to check!)

Step 3: Open chocolate chips and begin to sprinkle on the tortilla. (No specific amount, just as much as it takes to fill up at least one half of the tortilla.)

Step 4: Fold the tortilla over itself with the chocolate inside. DO NOT turn over or chocolate will ooze out. Keep the tortilla flat and sprinkle a light dusting of sugar and cinnamon on the top, just a dusting. You don’t want it too sweet!

Step 5: Pick the tortilla up with a brass or silver spatula and plop it on a plate! Garnish with mint and it’s ready to eat!

(Serves up to 6 people)
