Tween Knee Lifts

Lift your right knee as high as you can! Then lift your left knee as high as you can. Repeat until your legs feel a bit tired. DO this 20 times with each leg, twice a week for 3 weeks! You’ll feel your leg and stomach muscles get stronger! You might even notice that you can run faster!

Simple? Sure is! Cross training makes your muscles happy and strong.
