Here is one idea from WNBA Sting forward player, Allison Feaster: 

Is there a certain food/meal that you like to eat before games? 
My favorite healthy snack is fruit.

Carbs give your muscles energy. Here are some healthy carbs to eat before a game:

 

  • 100% juice,
  • fruit leather,
  • applesauce,
  • fresh or dried fruit,
  • veggie sticks
