you will have a filling snack that is so good for U 2!
You will need:
- one medium apple per person
- 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt per person (non-fat or low fat is important!)
- 1 teaspoon of Wheat Germ per person
- a sprinkle of cinnamon
1) With the help of an adult, you will slice the apple into bite-sized pieces.
2) Add the Greek yogurt and mix.
3) Sprinkle the wheat germ and just a little cinnamon over your snack.
Nutrition Information: Greek yogurt has about 2x more protein than regular yogurt! That means it is more filling. This snack provides Calcium, Vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants.
