If your BFF is wanting to break up with you, or you want to break up with her, then check out this ‘How To!’

IF YOU WANT TO MOVE ON:
Remember, you’ve been good friends for a long time. Be kind. Take her aside and have a gentle honest talk with her. Don’t yell- that will leave her feeling sad, and she might even cry! This isn’t the time to list the 10 most annoying things she’s done this year. Just say you care about her alot, but you want to spend time with other friends right now. No matter how nicely you say it, she will be hurt anyways. Even if you feel mean, it’s more unkind to string her along and let her THINK you are BFF’s. Tell the truth so she can start moving on too. Tell her honestly what the problem is, such as “I feel like you’re really mean to me when other people are around.” There’s always the chance she’ll learn something. More likely, she’ll disagree and become defensive. Watch out- don’t get caught up in a big messy fight here. Attacking her won’t help matters, even if you feel justified. Just make it clear, you’re not going to participate in some big war. Bye!
