Here are some ideas:
- 3/4 cup of vanilla yogurt teamed with some fresh fruit (you can dip the fruit in the yogurt!)
- 1 cup of hot chocolate; the tiny bit of caffeine in the chocolate actually helps, too!
- 3/4 cup of whole grain cereal and dried fruit (you can make the mix yourself!)
