Healthy Snacks to Fuel Growing Tween Girls

Frozen Banana Treat

  • What you’ll need:

1 banana

½ cup vanilla yogurt

½ cup granola or cheerios

  • What to do:

Peel the banana and dip it into the yogurt so that it’s pretty much all covered.

Then, sprinkle the granola or cereal over the whole banana.

Put your treat on a piece of tin foil and set it in the freezer for about an hour or two. Enjoy! Yummm.
