Are you afraid of the water? No worries! Working out in the pool can STILL work for you, even without putting your whole body in a pool. Cool, right?
Doctors and coaches agree: swimming is the best all around, low-stress exercise evah! Even walking in the water is good exercise.
This week’s Huddle Up Challenge is to spend 20 minutes in a pool and WORK OUT! Try jogging, lifting water weights or swimming laps. Just do what is right for you. Then tell us all about it right here. A random girl to post her swimming workout will win a Go for the Gold August avatar.
