Everyone from muscians, to artists, to professional athletes use coordination in their daily lives. Try these challenges to build better coordination:
- Draw a line on your sidewalk or create an imaginary line on the floor, about 6 feet long. Walk along this line, careful to slowly put one foot in front of the other. Turn around and return. Try this three times a week.
- Stand with your arms straight up in the air, with your palms facing each other. Now take turns lifting one foot to about knee height. Hold this pose for 15 seconds. Now change feet. Do three sets of these, three times a week.
- Do three sets of lunges, three times a week.
Take this challenge for 2 weeks and see if you can notice any differences! Let us know.
