For September, Huddle Up and YOU will set goals and achieve them!
Our very own, lubist, said, “I have recently been getting into running/jogging, strength exercises, yoga, etc. If I start eating healthy and running/strength I will get into the habit for when I am older and be healthy the rest of my life.”
Now that’s a great goal! Thanks, lubist!
