You will need:

 

  • 1 fresh apple, washed and cut into smallish chunks
  • 8 oz. of plain yogurt
  • 8 to 10 almonds
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

Grab your BFF and:

In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients.

That’s it! Enjoy! Isn’t it fabulously yummy? This snack is a great source of fiber, vitamin C and calcium. Yum!
