First, find a skewer — a sharp stick or metal stake like the one in the photo — u can find ‘em in the grocery store!
Now, get a rainbow of colorful vegetables ready, like:
- red bell-peppers
- green bell-peppers
- sweet onions
- a yellow squash
- zucchini squash
Then, grab ur BFF and a parent to cut and skewer the vegetables! Try to make all of your vegetable pieces about the same size!
Put them on a skewer. (Be sure to arrange the colors to make a pretty collection of colors!)
Have ur parent help u put them on the grill or in the oven on broil for about 10 minutes.
