You will need:
- 1 box of cooked, whole grain, corkscrew pasta
- Washed and bite-sized pieces of spinach
- 1 oz. feta cheese
- 1 oz. toasted pine nuts
- Olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
1. Mix ingredients in large bowl
2. Cool in refridgerator for at least 2 hours
3. Serve and enjoy!
This salad is loaded with iron, fiber, calcium and yumminess!
