You will need:
- 1 cup hummus (you can make ur own Get Tween Girl Power from Hummus!)
- about 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped finely
- dash of paprika (for color)
Just mix the chopped spinach into the hummus. Put this mix into a nice serving bowl and sprinkle a tiny amount of paprika on the top. Serve with your choice of crackers, chips or pita bread.
Good source of protein, iron, vitamin A and calcium.
