You will need:
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tablespoons wheat germ
Now just put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. This makes enough for U and a parent, BFF or sibling.
