Make this Tween Power Smoothie for Breakfast on Busy Days!

You will need:

 

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tablespoons wheat germ

Now just put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. This makes enough for U and a parent, BFF or sibling.

This is a great way to power you up for a great day! Simple, yummy and just what a tween girl needs to feel strong, energized and ready for anything… you go girl!
