Would You Use Spider Glue?
November 19, 2009

No kidding!  Spiders use their natural glue to keep prey — their food — stuck in their webs.  Researchers in Wyoming have isolated spider DNA that makes “spider glue.”  Biologists think that because spider glue is made naturally, it could be used to repair injuries in people without causing a bad skin reaction.  Cool!
