Try "Dips" for Strong Arms!

Strong arms help us shoot baskets, run better or hit those cross court shots more firmly… so give these tricep dips a try for stronger arms!

Try iTwixie’s Tricep Dips for 2 weeks and let us know how you feel or if you see a difference!

Here’s How to do Tricep Dips

Sit on a sturdy bench.  Place the palm of your hands next to your hips on the bench with your elbows pointing behind you.  Take 1/2 of a step away from the bench, so that your legs are in a sitting position, but your arms are holding your body in place, keeping your thighs and shins at a 90-degree angle to each other. Position your thighs hip-width apart and keep them parallel with the ground. Slowly lower yourself by bending your elbows and allowing your body to lower below the seat.  Do 15 dips like this per set.  Do 3 sets, 3 times a week.
