Huddle Up with a Medicine Ball

Did you love the lunge and plank challenges? Feeling stronger already? Now get ready for getting your core strong by playing catch with a medicine ball!

The medicine ball is a great tool for having fun and getting strong. This challenge will focus on building strength in your quads, abs and lower back. 

Here is this week’s Challenge:

1) Find a medicine ball between 2 and 10 pounds.

2) Grab your BFF, sibling or parent and play catch with the medicine ball 3 times this week for 5 minutes each session.

3) Be sure to keep your knees bent and your abdominal muscules flexed while you play catch.
