- Brush your teeth at least twice a day
- If you are in fifth grade or older, shower everyday
- Put on deodorant everyday
- Put on lotion every other day
- Don’t wear makeup till at least sixth grade
- Wash your face every night
- Drink at least 1 cup of milk each day
- Run 1 mile once a week or half a mile one day of the week and the other half another day of the week (or cross country ski)
- If you HAVE to eat junk, eat a jollyrancher or gum
- Never skip breakfast
- Try and eat two snacks a day at the most
- Try a sport if you want
- Try and eat the serving size on the box for junk food
- Eat lots of fruit
