Looking Better

  • Brush your teeth at least twice a day
  • If you are in fifth grade or older, shower everyday
  • Put on deodorant everyday
  • Put on lotion every other day
  • Don’t wear makeup till at least sixth grade
  • Wash your face every night
  • Drink at least 1 cup of milk each day
Staying fit

  • Run 1 mile once a week or half a mile one day of the week and the other half another day of the week (or cross country ski)
  • If you HAVE to eat junk, eat a jollyrancher or gum
  • Never skip breakfast
  • Try and eat two snacks a day at the most
  • Try a sport if you want
  • Try and eat the serving size on the box for junk food
  • Eat lots of fruit
DON’T compare yourself to ANYONE!~Hope it works!
