For each serving you will need:
- 1 cup berries, any kind fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup silken tofu (softer is better!)
- 2 Tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth; this takes seconds. You can add more honey if you want your smoothie to be sweeter.
