You will need:
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 cup fresh salsa
- a dash of salt
- 4 small portabella mushrooms
- 1 ripe tomato
Grab your BFF and a parent:
1) Peel and smash avocado. Add lemon juice, salsa and salt. Refrigerate until mushrooms are cooked.
2) Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem, and broil until cooked.
3) Cut tomato in medium chunks to use on top of guacamole.
These snack bites are a great source of Potassium, Vitamin C, and fiber.
