- First find a paper bag (brown paper grocery bag works great!)
- Then get a container large enough for your foot that will hold water.
- Soak a foot in the water and then stand on the paper bag.
- Look at the three pictures below and see which one looks most like yours.
If your print looks like the 1st – you have “normal” arches.
If your print looks like the middle one – you have “flat” arches.
If your print looks like the last one – you have “high” arches.
The amount of shoe support that is best for your feet (and your whole body!) depends on what kind of arch your foot has. This is especially true for sports shoes.
