Here’s iTwixie’s Winter Sports Conditioning Program. Try it out and we’ll help you along. It’s a two-week program. So get ready, set and get in condition for your winter sport!
1. Run/Walk for 15 minutes Monday, Wedensday and Friday. Grab a friend! Make it fun. This will help you build endurance.
2. Do 15 push-ups Tuesday and Thursday. Can’t do 15 in a row? No worries! Do what you can. The next time you try you’ll be able to do even more than before.
3. Try jumping rope for 3 minutes in a row on Saturday. See if you feel better on the second Saturday. Bet you will feel stronger!
